Stainless pipes have many areas of use today. Stainless steel pipe is a product preferred by many sectors. Stainless pipes are stainless and corrosion resistant. The corrosion resistance of stainless pipes prevents the rusting problem. Stainless pipes provide resistance to corrosion and are easy to clean.

Stainless pipes  are a circular shaped product used to create lines.  

Stainless pipes have many areas of use according to their properties. Stainless steel pipe is generally used in the construction and chemical industry today. 

It is divided into two as Stainless welded pipes and Stainless drawn pipes. Stainless steel welded pipes have lower compressive strength than stainless steel drawn pipes due to the use of welding during production. The biggest reason why stainless steel welded pipes are low against pressure is the use of welding in their production. With the welding function used in the production of stainless welded pipes, the pressure value of the pipes is reduced. 

Stainless welded pipes, which have lower pressure resistance than tensile pipes due to the welding process in their production, are used in lower pressure lines, for example in machine installations. Stainless steel welded pipes used for decorative purposes are used in many parts of our lives. Stainless steel welded pipes are more preferred than stainless steel drawn pipes because their prices are more advantageous.

In the construction phase, firstly, stainless steel sheets are cut in certain sizes and then the cut sheets are formed by passing through many molds in round shape. The sheets that have reached the form of rounds are welded by a machine while moving on the belt and turned into stainless pipes. Stainless welded pipes, which are annealed to increase their flexibility and workability, are cut to the desired dimensions, then the welding parts are sanded and ready for use.

 

 
 Stainless steel drawn tubes have higher pressure values than steel welded tubes. The reason for the high pressure values of stainless steel drawn pipes is that they are cast in one piece. As the first production stage of stainless steel drawn pipes, the melted steels are poured into round shaped molds. Pipes that take a round and cylindrical form with round cylindrical molds are sent to pickling, which is another stage, and then the reason for the pickling of the pipes is the cleaning of the steel pipes.
